A total of 27,048 square metres can be converted into unique work spaces according to the tenants’ wishes. There is enough room to even accommodate a childcare facility and a gym, for instance.

A spirit of innovation has inhabited the Oberpostdirektion ever since it moved into Dernburgstraße some 100 years ago. For a couple of years, the post experimented with the possibility of switching its mail delivery services from horse-drawn carriages to electric vehicles – and it was successful. A diverse array of rooms within the building complex of the former Oberpostdirektion provides freedom for experimentation, research and development, or laboratories that can be tailored to the individual needs of the clients. Even beyond that, the location offers sufficient room to accommodate any further growth of the company.
